Subdomain IP Whitelisting

Access to individual Kenna subdomains can be restricted by setting up an IP Whitelist for your specific subdomain. By default, access to Kenna is allowed from any location.

By limiting access to a specific list of IPs or IP ranges, Kenna will reject any attempts to login to your subdomain from addresses not in the specified list.

Note: Access checks happen after login so users outside of the listed IP ranges would still see the login page, but attempts to gain access would be rejected after the userid and password were provided.

To enable this feature, contact Kenna Support with the list of IPs/IP ranges to be included. Support is also able to provide back-end output showing the current whitelisted IP upon request.
