Access to individual Cisco Vulnerability Management subdomains can be restricted by setting up an IP Whitelist for your specific subdomain. By default, access to Cisco Vulnerability Management is allowed from any location.
By limiting access to a specific list of IPs or IP ranges, Cisco Vulnerability Management will reject any attempts to login to your subdomain from addresses not in the specified list.
Note: Access checks happen after login so users outside of the listed IP ranges would still see the login page, but attempts to gain access would be rejected after the userid and password were provided.
To enable this feature, contact Support with the list of IPs/IP ranges to be included. Support is also able to provide back-end output showing the current whitelisted IP upon request.
